Longhorn is your sort of typical steakhouse. I've never had a bad steak here. Never had bad service. This is one of those restaurants we visit a few times a year when I'm craving a good steak. I can't remember the name of the appetizer but it's shrimp with banana peppers and it is goooooood!! All in all I don't think you can go too wrong here. Good food, good atmosphere, and decent service. Now I'm craving a steak.

This is one of the places we go to when my husband randomly craves steak mainly because of convenience to location. It isn't a fancy steak place but we actually want the not so fancy steak most of the time for random weeknights. Personally, the steaks are ok to me. I feel like some steaks I've tried came out bland and I have to put a lot of pepper just to make it taste like steak. My husband seems to like their steaks. Of course he likes the ribeyes, but the last time we went, his steak was not cooked to order. He asked for medium rare and his was pretty much well done. Also, he wanted the smaller size but they gave him the largest steak. Poor guy never complains and never told me (so I couldn't complain. jk. just would've asked for what was ordered). Our server was nice, but I guess she needed to be more attentive as order was wrong. The side salad is whatevers for the lack of a better term? I do love their mac and cheese here and the decor.

Sometimes just eating 'a steak' isn't MANLY enough and if there's one thing Longhorn want you to know, its how MANLY their food is. So to add extra grit they serve the OUTLAW ribeye and the RENEGADE sirloin. Quite how a piece of meat becomes a renegade, I'm not sure. If pig's more your thing then dust off your stetson and chaps son, cos you'll be ordering the COWBOY pork chops. Salmon though? Men don't come to longhorn and eat salmon. Salmon is just Longhorn salmon. The marketing team weren't gonna think up anything like COMMANDO for salmon. I think secretly they put it on the menu 'for the ladies', and ladies don't need somebody telling them their food is macho.

I'm confused why people love chain restaurants? Some friends had raved about how delicious Longhorn was, so I relented and gave it a whirl. It wasn't awful, the steak itself was good, but the roasted garlic sauce felt heavily processed and artificial. I did enjoy the loaded baked potato. Beer selection was very minimal. My 10-year-old daughter, quite the foodie, was dismayed to receive a well-done hockey-puck burger. This was good, for a chain establishment, but I'm going to stick with local places going forward!

The saddest day so far this year is the day my grill died. What's a girl to do, if she can't grill a good steak? So, it's time to start stopping by LongHorn on a regular basis to fulfill my need for a good steak. We always have a great experience here. Attentive and friendly service. They always have a nice booth available for us. We love their Honey Wheat bread. Their salads are always very fresh and the dressings are delicious. It's our favorite "casual" steak or hamburger spot. My favorite steak is their 6 oz. sirloin. I get mine medium well. BJ gets his medium rare. Always perfectly cooked. It's also a good value for the price, I always have leftovers for lunch the next day. Still happy with LongHorn.

My girlfriend shattered her ankle in a state of black out drunk, and I made the decision to get a bite to eat at Long Horns before taking her to the emergency room. Because of her slurred speech and pronounced limp the staff was very sympathetic to our handicapped needs. I had the 8oz filet which was cooked to perfection with mashed potatoes , and my girlfriend fell asleep in a house salad with ranch.(Their Ranch dressing is spectacular) I would recommend this establishment to anyone on their way to Passavant hospital in Cranberry.

My husband and I use to frequent this restaurant and loved it but the last few times we have been here it was a complete disappointment. My husband ordered a basic burger cooked medium, after he placed the order we made a bet that it would be well done...and we were correct. After the waitress came back 15 minutes later to check on us she offered up another one. About 20 minutes later it finally came out...thin and well done again! When I asked what happened to the big thick burgers they use to make she said the cook must be squishing it down while he cooked it. This is why we rarely come here anymore, at 10 bucks a pop a nasic burger should be easy. Everytime we come here we have to send something back..the prices seemed to have gotten higher as the quality and quantity have gotten lower!

I stopped in on a Saturday for lunch I grabbed a seat at the bar and was greeted immediately. I like the fact that they offer lunch selections on a Saturday. I ordered the French onion soup and side salad. The wait for my lunch may have been 15 min tops BRAVO. The French onion soup was ok I didn't like the fact that the buried the croutons under my cheese soggy bottom! Other than that the meal was fine I would come back again

I went to long horn for my 16th birthday. I would have to say it was pretty close to authentic. The the food was clearly packed with preservatives or just really salty. I added to the flavor of the food. But my family was with me and they can easily detect when something is too salty and they thought so. Me on the other hand had a good experience. The appetizer I got was the newest spicey chicken pieces with chili and ginger sauce. It was incredible. Tuen i got the normal ribeye steak, again salt, bit wow pow with the flavor. I ordered fries and the steakhouse Mac and cheese (which had four cheeses and bacon in it): the Mac and cheese was good but the bacon was just at a grease pile at the bottom.the service people were so friendly and the presentation was impressive. I would highly recommend this place for a nice family meal

Had the Flo's filet with the vegetable medley and everything about it was awesome. Steak melted in my mouth, and the vegetables weren't far behind. Service was great from we walked in until we left, so I will be coming back for more.

Old standby when getting home late from a flight. Still can not seem to crack what I need to tell the them in cooking my steak. Medium Rare will come out too rare. Medium too over cooked. I wish there was a setting in between. Cowboy Ribeye

We decided to go to this location as our end of vacation dinner. My family had never been to a Longhorn, but were interested in having steak. We went on a sunday night, so the restaurant was maybe a 1/3 full. The location was very clean. We were promptly waited on. Three of the four of us got steaks, and one fish. The salads were all good and not just an iceburg salad. The steaks and fish came out well cooked and seasoned. The waitress was attentive and made sure we were taken care of frequently. The bill for four adults was also very reasonable for a restuarant of this type. I would consider going to this location or another Longhorn restuarant in the future based on this visit.

Upon walking in here you will notice it smells like a high school locker room. It was so musty smelling in here I almost left. Luckily after walking a few feet into the joint you will notice the smell does not linger. I couldn't pinpoint where the smell was coming from, but if you have weak stomach or allergies I would move on. This LongHorn seems slightly smaller than their other locations in the area. There was not a wait when we arrived one weeknight. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The menu is constantly updated and there are always the same favorites that are always on the menu. I love the firecracker chicken wraps for an appetizer. They are rolled up chicken, bean, cheese wraps that are fried. The prices are reasonable here. The average price for a dinner is around 14 dollars and you get pretty big portions.

Short version: Good food, but slow service and mixups in the kitchen are guaranteed every time. Long version: The food is always delicious, but everything else is a mess. Service is slow (never eat here for lunch unless you have 2 hours to spare). The staff as a whole manages to screw it up at every turn. At dinner today: After an hour wait my menu was glued shut with sticky goo. Salads and bread came, but we had to ask for silverware. The waitress took the neighboring table's order, delivered some drinks, still no silverware. Had to flag her down again. She helped yet another table, then finally brought silverware. When our entrees finally came, both of our side dishes were wrong and my steak was well-done instead of medium. Didn't raise a fuss because I was too hungry at this point. However it did taste great. Stay aware from the caesar salad. Way too much dressing and cheese.

Solid place for dinner although I feel it is a bit overpriced for the quality of food. My food was good but my friend's steak could have been much better for the price. I prefer outback for this kind of steakhouse. There are better places in the area.

We came here to get a quick sit down meal because we didn't want to deal with crowds and had a coupon. I wasn't expecting much because it's a chain but the food was really good! I strongly recommend the flat iron steak, it's flavorful and tender.

I really like this place. I was a bit apprehensive since I have eaten at other TX themed steakhouses before and have been disappointed. It started out with fresh sweet wheat bread. It was very good. I then got a steak and super-stuffed baked potato. My dinner companion got the steak salad. Everything was really fresh. We both had so much that we didn't have room for dessert. They just opened one close to my house. I will be going there soon.

We went in for lunch... sat at the bar. the bartender is flirting with two buisness guys in suits for about 8 minutes before coming over to us (yes i was watching my phone for the time) when she finally slugged her way over to us.. she didnt say hi, just says 'what do you want' lol... When i go out, i ENJOY having a friendly server/bartender... so i was totally OVER trying to eat lunch here. We both had a cup of the baked potato soup (which was really good, unfortunatly) and my hubby had a beer... it came out to like 16 dollars or somethin a little crazy... but we waited for our check for at least 10 minutes after we were done eating our soup, another 5 after she got our card.... incredibly slow and sluglike girl with no personality what so ever. Too bad she was so interested in whoring herself for tip money at the other side of the bar.. because my hubby and I always OVER-tip for decent service.. Unfortunately, I don't think its right to stiff anyone in the service industry.. (We've both worked for tips) but she sure was a top canidate. the service (or lack of) was enough to keep me away .. maybe i'll try sittin in the dining room if we ever go back.. too bad the soup was delicious :-\
